Registration Tips

  • Please download and read the Parent Information Sheet which will answer many basic questions regarding the registration process, policies, what to bring, etc.

  • If you have an account already set up but cannot remember your login information, please send an email to

  • A camper will not be considered registered until:

    • All camper information is complete

    • Prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, and allergy tabs are completed

    • Registration deposit of $75 is paid

  • When looking at the camper dashboard, if one of these things is not completed it will say "ENROLLED" by your camper's name. Enrolled means you have started the process but the camper does not have a spot reserved. Once your camper's status has changed to "REGISTERED" he/she has a spot saved for the week.

  • Mailbox Club Lesson Discounts -- If your child has completed or is working on the bible lessons, the $60 discount will be automatically applied to your child's account after the April 15th lesson completion deadline.

  • If you are a church sponsor and need to register a group, please contact our office ahead of time for helpful tips.

Mailbox Club

Our Mailbox Club (MBC) is a Bible study program for children (starting in 2nd grade), teens, and adults done through the mail. The Bible study is completely free of charge and each set contains between 10-15 lessons. Once you have signed up for the MBC, we will mail the first lesson out to you. Complete that lesson and mail back the answer sheet, Camp Victory staff will grade your lesson and mail the next one to you. The purpose of the MBC is to help children, teens, and adults dive deeper into God's word.

Camp hosts many events for the community including: father/son campouts, mother/daughter retreats, homeschool days, and many more. For a full list of events click below or go to the events tab at the top of the page.
